Here at EPIC Family CIC we don’t need a specific day for permission to leave the office early! Although a presence as a team in the office as regularly as possible is crucial, we offer flexible working arrangements… We give additional paid leave too for your birthday and to our employees who are fostering!

After a very exciting few weeks with our first Fostering households now onboard and more entering the assessment process, we’re now on the look out for some superstars to join our team to support with the administrative side of things…

✅You will be super organised with EPIC attention to detail!
✅ Having an EMPATHIC approach will come naturally to you!
✅You’ll be PROFESSIONAL in your approach to supporting our service users and our team!
✅ An appreciation of why INVESTING in children shouldn’t be financially motivated!
✅ Keeping vulnerable CHILDREN at the forefront of why we do what we do!

🧁 It could be useful if you like cake? (Though not a deal-breaker!)

We are open to exploring full time or part time role(s). A minimum one day based in our Crediton office for part time and minimum two days for full time role with consideration given to flexible home/remote working for the right candidate(s).
