Last night we had the privilege of attending the College of West Anglia Apprenticeship Awards Evening to celebrate an incredible achievement.

Our engineer Jordan was awarded the Kevin Clarke Memorial Award for Endeavour in Electrical Installation - recognising his dedication, commitment and work throughout his apprenticeship.

Now in its 41st year, this award celebrates apprentices who go above and beyond in their training, making it a fantastic honour for Jordan to receive.

We’re extremely proud to have Jordan as part of the Pro-Tech Solutions team and it’s been great to see his development while completing his electrical apprenticeship with the College of West Anglia.

A big thank you to the college for hosting a brilliant evening celebrating the next generation of skilled engineers.

Well done Jordan - a very well deserved achievement!

Big news from our team! 🚨

We’ve just kicked off a huge new project with the Ajax EN54 wireless fire alarm system – 9 alarms and over 200 devices.

Thanks to Sam at Videcon for helping us get this kit, and to Kyle from Ajax for coming into the office to show us how powerful the new EN54 range is.

This system means:
✅ Faster installs, less disruption
✅ Fully wireless and EN54-certified
✅ Smarter, safer buildings

We’re proud to be one of the first rolling this out, and we can’t wait to share progress as the project develops. 🔥

🔧 Intercom System Upgrade in Norwich! 🔧

We recently completed an exciting project in Norwich, replacing an aged and faulty intercom system with a new audio Videx system for a block of flats.

Project Highlights:

1. Cable Testing: On our first visit, we thoroughly tested all the cables to each flat to ensure there wouldn’t be any issues with the new system.
2. Handset Replacement: We replaced the handsets in each flat, providing residents with a reliable and modern communication solution.
3. Main Unit Upgrade: The main unit was updated and fitted with a bespoke steel plate to cover the space where the old unit was, giving a sleek and professional finish.
