Another fantastic session with our Women’s Support Service as we continue our *Equipped 2 Succeed* journey! 🙌

This week, we explored the power of a **growth mindset**, discussing how our thoughts influence our attitudes, how we approach challenges and how we can learn from setbacks to build a brighter future. 💭💪

Through open and engaging discussions, we explored the importance of believing in ourselves, embracing new opportunities and recognising that personal growth is a journey. 🌱

We finished the day with a visit to an art exhibition 🎨🖼️, enjoying creativity, inspiration and time together!

🎨✏️ A little creativity, a lot of imagination and some impressive drawings! 🦁🦇

This week, the men at New Hope Rehabilitation in Lincolnshire enjoyed a brilliant art therapy session, putting pencil to paper to sketch everything from lions and scenery to Batman — and plenty more besides! 🎨

It was great to see everyone relaxing, sharing ideas and exploring a different way to express themselves. A huge thank you to Danny, our fantastic New Hope volunteer, for leading such an enjoyable and inspiring session. 🙏

Recovery is full of new discoveries. Sometimes, picking up a pencil can help us see just how much creativity and potential we have within us. 💙

🎉 Celebrating One Year Clean: Mitch’s Journey 🎉

A huge congratulations to Mitch Johno, who has just celebrated one year clean! 💙

Mitch completed six months of treatment at New Hope Rehabilitation and is now continuing his recovery in supported housing. Reaching this milestone reflects the hard work he has put into building a new chapter for himself.

🎉 Celebrating Marc and James! 🎉

This week, we’re celebrating two fantastic milestones in our Nottingham men’s supported living service. Marc has reached 18 months in recovery, and James Shooter is celebrating three years! 💙👏

James is now working full time in recovery services in Nottingham, while Marc is starting his peer mentor course this month. Both are taking positive steps forward and showing how recovery can open up new opportunities.

Marc and James shared their gratitude and love for New Hope, saying they’ve had a wonderful opportunity and received lots of continued support. We’re proud of the progress they’ve made and the commitment they continue to show. They’re shining examples of what’s possible in our men’s supported living service. 🌟
