Each sound bath starts with a grounding meditation.

Nikki works with a Sidreal Moon gong, which is tuned to the phases of the moon to help remove energy blockages in the sacral chakra and emotional bodies.

Each of her Alchemy Singing bowls is made from high quality, pure quartz crystal, infused with other crystals to enhance their properties.

These properties combine with the pitch and frequency of the bowl to produce multiple beneficial effects on the physical body, chakras and energy field.

Combined with shamanic drumming, quartz crystal triangles, Kalimba and Koshi bells, you can expect to enter a deep theta state of relaxation, leaving you feeling calm with a strong sense of inner peace.

At the end of the session, there is time to relax with a herbal tea, decaff coffee and cake in the cafe.

It's the perfect pick me up.

We understand how overwhelming it can be when you're out with your small people, especially when they're making the table, floor, chair, and even their hair into their plate 🫣 ... but that's because they're children!
