We’re excited to welcome Lily Elsner, CEO & Co-Founder of Oxford-based Jack Fertility, a male reproductive health startup transforming proactive healthcare through its innovative home-to-lab semen analysis kit, the recently launched Jackit™ S***m Test.
Lily holds an MBA from Oxford, has worked across corporate strategy and AI-driven drug discovery, and won an Innovate UK Young Innovator Award for Jack Fertility.
We’ll explore her entrepreneurial journey, talk about innovation in healthcare, and what it takes to lead a mission-driven startup.
