🚨 We’re now recruiting police officers.

Our Police Constable Entry Programme (PCEP) is now open and this time, there’s a brand-new opportunity to choose a pathway in either response or neighbourhood policing.

You’ll be challenged, stretched, and see things most people never do, but you’ll also have the chance to make an impact right where you live.

We’re looking for people from all backgrounds, experiences and walks of life. Whether you’re starting your career or looking for a new challenge, your perspective and life experiences are valuable to us.

✅ This is a two-year training programme with no degree required or completed
✅ You’ll need to hold a UK manual driving licence to apply
