*COMMUNITY APPEAL*
A male was given access to the defibrillator at the Social Welfare Centre on 21 December 2025 by the ambulance service. Sadly, despite being contacted several times, the person has not returned the life saving equipment and has now stopped answering the calls from ambulance staff. We know the location is within 500m of our offices, and we have CCTV images of the individual. Police have been informed and will take action if the equipment is not returned.
Horden Parish Council is appealing to the individual, or their family & friends, to return the life saving equipment to the Council Offices to avoid other people's lives being at risk.
