Lucy’s is a 4-star, detached self-catering holiday cottage located in the picturesque south Cornwall fishing village, and is owned and managed by village residents Alan and Jackie Leftly. Located just a few metres from Polperro’s centre and harbour, the cottage provides accommodation for up to two people sharing a single bedroom. Our website includes photographs of the interior and exterior of the
cottage, and local information and travel directions. Bookings and enquiries can be made either from our website via email or by telephone, or by messaging us directly from our page. Unfortunately, Lucy’s, Polperro provides no wheelchair access. The entrance to the cottage is at the side of the property and is accessed from the street via a short ramp, 2.4m long, and 13 steps 15-29cm high and 23-62cm deep. Past the front door there are 15 steps, 13-22cm high and 21-39cm deep, leading to the patio. (There is a handrail alongside the lower 10 steps.) The patio is 3m x 2.3m in area, surfaced with (slightly uneven) paving slabs and furnished with a table and chairs. Lucy’s, Polperro benefits from its own private car parking space in the Coombes (near the Crumplehorn Inn) approximately 600 metres away from the cottage. Public Transport
• Buses – The nearest bus stop to Lucy’s is 980 metres from the cottage at the Crumplehorn Inn. The Western Greyhound route 573 service connects Polperro to Looe, Liskeard and Callington. The Western Greyhound route 572 service connects Polperro to Looe, St Germans, Saltash and Plymouth.

• The only mobile telephone operators offering good reception in Polperro are Orange/T-Mobile (EE) and 3. There is good coverage for all mobile services in Looe. There is a public telephone box opposite the cottage.
• Lucy’s is a strictly no-smoking property.
• Lucy’s has a slot meter for electricity (in the hallway behind the main entrance) that takes £1 coins.
