Yesterday, some of the Leisure Crew enjoyed a drink and a catch-up to kick-start the week. It was a great chance to chat, relax and enjoy the morning before the weather got too hot. ☕️😊🌞

🧡 A competitive end to the week for some of our Leisure Crew!

There was plenty of friendly competition during a game of bowling, followed by lots of fun on the arcade machines.

Well done to Paul, who was our bowling champion! 🏆🎳

A foodie Friday was definitely on the menu today!

Debbie enjoyed a delicious lunch at Rhyl Rugby Club, while Marie headed to Caffi Hwb Yr Harbwr - Harbour Hub Cafe for a well-deserved Friday treat – both supported by the lovely Ashleigh.

Yesterday, Tom and Marc set off on another adventure, this time exploring Prestatyn and Meliden.

The pair visited the site of the Roman Bath House before heading to Meliden Church.

It was a beautiful day for a walk, and they certainly got plenty of steps in too! ☀️🚶

Yesterday, Holly and her fabulous support worker, Hannah, enjoyed a trip to Welsh Mountain Zoo.

With the sun shining, it was the perfect day to explore, and enjoy some time outdoors.

Yesterday, Colin and his lovely support worker, Lexi, enjoyed a creative crafting session together.

They started by painting, with Colin creating a fantastic frog, before moving on to some mosaic making. 🎨

A lovely way to spend a support session, getting creative, trying different activities and having fun.

Today, we're shining a light on the lovely Edmund by sharing a case study created with his sister, Angela.

Following the loss of their dad, Angela worried that Edmund would become isolated and lose his sense of purpose. In this heartfelt story, she reflects on the incredible changes she's seen in her brother – from growing in confidence and embracing new experiences to coming home excited to share stories from his week.
