We started smallholding a couple of years ago, and quickly realised the difference in quality of local, well reared meat compared to tasteless supermarket pink stuff. We've found a way to buy meat cheaper and supply it to you at a lower price by gathering orders and buying in bulk once or twice a week. We 'crowd source' meat for our customers, which means that if you want some beef and your neighb
our wants some beef, we buy a larger quantity and getter a lower price. Our main customers are families and groups of friends who join together and place larger orders that allow us to supply at wholesale prices. We make it cheaper for you buy buying direct from local farmers, producers and suppliers and not by paying for logistics and salesmen. A lot of our products are seasonal, but we can also supply meat from farther afield such as Ireland for customers who like the way we do things but are happy to just buy a good quality product when they want it all year round. If we can, we grow our own, we buy from our neighbours or from other smallholders. We don't have fancy and unnecessary packaging, and deliver to you in coolbags for you to return. Wherever we can, we have meat vacuum packed, but its always bloody tasty.
