There are still so many myths around fostering, and sexuality is one of them. The truth is, we welcome caring, supportive households from all backgrounds.

Over the coming days, we’ll be sharing what fostering truly means - from the voices of our incredible carers to our dedicated social workers who witness every day the difference being made across Wokingham Borough.

It’s been wonderful meeting so many new faces at our local libraries. Thank you to everyone who stopped by for a chat — your voice truly matters as we shape our Kinship Local Offer consultation! 💬💛

We’re gathering feedback from kinship carers, families, and anyone connected to kinship care so we can build a Local Offer that reflects real experiences and real needs.
