We are recruiting a Children's Respite Centre Deputy/Duty Manager to join the team at The Ark in Redcar.

At Ark Care Group Ltd we provide short break residential care for children and young people with disabilities,offering safe, child centred experiences while giving families vital respite .Our centre is based in a uniquely converted former church and includes specialist sensory and play spaces.

This is a full time, onsite leadership role supporting the Registered Manager and leading a dedicated care team to deliver high-quality, compliant and compassionate care.

Salary is £34,600 - £45,000 depending on experience with rota-based long day shifts,meals and parking provided,and the centre closes over Christmas,Easter and Bank Holidays.
