SASH+ is our approach to making continuous improvements for our patients and this week we had a focus on how we make sure nurses can spend as much time as possible with their patients. 5 days, 13 people including nurses, doctors, estates and procurement, 45 great ideas tested. 1 fantastic example of SASH+ making a difference
