I’ve loved working with you all – we made it happen together, our role has changed slightly and we’ll now be called Community Partnership Officers working more directly with system wide partners.

We won’t be posting on here – but I’m sure we’ll see you around out and about in the community. Thank you to all our followers who have joined in and joined up with us over the years.

You might want to check out the Surrey Community Champions Facebook group where communities can share news and views. Do take a look and give them a follow: https://www.facebook.com/groups/surreycommunitychampions/
