Open Day at Newport Fire Station yesterday. Delivered CPR and Defibrillator awareness training to 171 people, great feedback and a big thanks to Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service for making us welcome Isle of Wight Ambulance and 111 Service

Heartstart tonight with the good people of Betchworth. A really enjoyable night with some lovely people, great feedback too. BHF Heartstart course at the lovely Burrows Lea Country House on Tuesday 26th November with Malcolm Legg. We had 19 great participants taking part in all aspects from asking really relevant questions to getting hands on with CPR. A great day with a great bunch of people.
