🌦️ Faster weather deployments. 🌦️

Niagara's built-in Weather service only ships with US-based providers, which leaves a gap.

Innon Weather extends that same service and adds an OpenWeather provider out of the box. No JSON payloads to parse by hand.

The provider comes with a PX Weather widget ready to drop into your graphics. 7-day forecasts, sunrise/sunset, wind speed, humidity and more, all through the same Weather service you already know.

That’s Ready for Integrations: extending what Niagara already does, instead of working around it.

📡 Issues getting cables to the existing kit? 📡

Wiring up an existing meter isn't always the easiest, and sometimes it's just not possible. Riser cupboards, plant rooms on the far side of site, or even cables on the drawings that seem to have disappeared.

The Milesight UC Series can bridge the gap. Wire it to your Modbus meter (RS485), and it sends the data back over LoRaWAN. You can then export that data from your gateway to get it where it needs to go — whether that's Modbus/BACnet IP, MQTT or HTTP.

All the same data from the meter, without the headache of working out how you're going to get a cable there.

Buildings change. Sometimes the easiest way to make them Ready for Anything® is simply to have another way to connect things.

Keeping them all current shouldn't become another maintenance problem.
With a Niagara Enterprise Software Maintenance Agreement (ESMA), we can bring eligible Niagara licences together and align them to one SMA renewal date.
One programme. One renewal date. A much simpler Niagara estate to manage.

When we build the Enterprise SMA proposal, Tridium can apply a grace period of up to 364 days per eligible licence to help align those different maintenance dates — effectively providing some of that alignment period at no additional SMA cost.

Your JACE 8000 might be doing its job perfectly today.

The JACE 8000 will not support Niagara 5. The JACE 9000 will — bringing more processing power, improved memory and stronger security for the next generation of Niagara.
And right now, there’s a very good reason not to wait.
Tridium has extended its JACE 8000 → JACE 9000 licence transfer promotion until 31 October 2026.
If your eligible JACE 8000 has an active SMA, you can transfer its Niagara licence to a new JACE 9000 for a licence-transfer fee, rather than paying for a completely new JACE 9000 licence.

Brexit was a pretty good test of that.
Before 2021, we served partners across Europe directly from the UK. Then the rules changed.
So we changed.
We established Innon EU in Romania, giving us an EU logistics and commercial hub from which we could continue supporting partners across Europe.
Fast-forward to today and something interesting has happened.
More of our UK partners are following their own customers across borders.
