Can we please remind everyone that Star Park has a no dogs policy! Reports have been received lately of dog mess in the park which is horrendous for all the children who play in here.

After all the hard work that’s gone in to refurbishing this park and debating whether or not to keep it unlocked…we have now decided to go back to locking the park!!!!….it is so disappointing for our committee that worked so hard to get to where we are now and the youngsters that use this park to be told by a member of the public who takes there children to the park that there is graffiti and obscene language written all over the equipment!!!
It is a shame as the summer holidays are only round the corner and we hoped to keep it open for the drawn out nights…
