Maintenance Work Update

Due to our maintenance works currently at the pool, our phone lines and online booking system is currently offline. We apologise for the inconvenience and aim to get this back online as soon as possible.

Maintenance Closure

Waterside Pool will be closed from the 31st August to the 6th September for maintenance.

These works will aim to improve customer experience at Waterside, while minimising disruption by condensing works into one week.

Any members who pay monthly, six monthly or annually, we will make necessary adjustments to the end date of your current payment period.

If you pay by direct debit for membership or swimming lessons, your monthly payment already accounts for closure periods, so your payment will remain the same.

We thank you for your patience, as well as your continued support towards the centre.

With a few members of our team heading off to University, we are looking for enthusiastic people to fill their positions.

Lifeguard 🛟

- Must have an RLSS NPLQ
- Have a passion for swimming and customer service
- Available from 4pm weekdays or weekends

Swimming Teacher 🏊‍♂️

- Must have Swim England or STA Swimming Teacher Qualification
- Experience teaching in a busy swim school
- Available from 4pm weekdays or weekends

Relief Duty Manager 👥

- Must have an RLSS NPLQ
- Swimming Teacher Qualification desirable
- Team Leading or Management Experience
- Great customer service skills
- Available weekends
