Bus Shelter Improvements at Rosevear

Treverbyn Parish Council has recently carried out improvements to the bus shelters at Rosevear, near the Bowling Green junction.

These improvements are part of the Parish Council’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving local facilities for residents and visitors.

Another positive improvement for our local community.

Stenalees is looking Better Already!

Stenalees is already looking much improved following the first phase of our Parish improvements, with Maintenance Contractor Sam busy de-weeding pavements and cutting back overgrown vegetation.

A big thank you to everyone who has contacted the office with such positive feedback. Its great to hear how these improvements are appreciated by our community!

Working together, we can all help make Stenaless an even better place to live. Whether its keeping the pavements clear or taking pride in our homes and gardens, every little helps to make a difference.

Sam will continue working his way around the Parish, so keep an eye out for him and we will keep you posted!

🌿 Treverbyn Parish Council – Making a Difference in Our Community 🌿

Residents may have noticed some welcome improvements along Treverbyn Road, St Austell recently.

Unfortunately, the bus shelter had been subjected to significant graffiti and vandalism, leaving it looking rather unsightly. We are pleased to report that the graffiti has now been removed, and the shelter is once again looking clean and respectable. ✅

In addition, the two large grass verges on either side of the bus shelter have now been cut and tidied, making a noticeable improvement to the appearance of the area.

Despite efforts to establish who was responsible for maintaining these areas, no stakeholder was willing to take ownership of the work.

Rather than allow the area to remain neglected, Treverbyn Parish Council has stepped in and taken action.

We believe that keeping our parish clean, tidy and welcoming is important, and sometimes that means taking the initiative to get things done for the benefit of our residents.

A little care and attention can make a big difference to the appearance of our community.
