Glencoe

A few weeks ago, I spent a very wet weekend exploring Glencoe.

I learned a few things:

1. My jacket is definitely not waterproof
2. The Hidden Valley is incredible
3. Nothing beats drinking wine and playing scrabble after a day on the hills
4. The weather may turn, but it can make your walk even more spectacular.
5. By adding a bit of a trek to your elopement, you can find some really magical spots.

Glencoe

My first wedding market. 💃

On Feb 12th I'm gonna be heading back to sunny Glasgow to , a brand new wedding market showcasing some of the hottest wedding suppliers in Scotland. I'll be there repping and am so excited to be part of it.

I'm looking forward to chatting to loved-up couples about all the wonderful possibilities of a humanist ceremony. If you've already booked me and have the afternoon free, why not come and say hi?

Autumn 🍂

When I step outside and smell the damp leaves and cool air, I'm transported back to evenings spent tramping through puddles, covered in cardboard, bin bags, or old clothes. Laden with polly bags full of sweets, satsumas and monkey nuts. Excitement in my stomach.

I love Autumn. I love the way it looks, the oranges and reds. The candles that are lit and the sound of Craig Revel Horwood's boos in the corner of the room.

The clocks go back, and with that comes the beginning of hibernation, of coorying in with a glass of wine and hiding from the dark.

There is something deeply romantic about Autumn. About staying in and spending time with the ones you love. About getting soaked in the rain and coming home to soak in the bath.

Autumn, you are my favourite.x

These two beauties got in touch for a 𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 last-minute elopement and I was so pleased to be able to help them out. We had less than a fortnight to get everything organised for their tiny ceremony on Mellon Udrigle Beach.

This place is unreal.

As I drove west through the pouring rain, I could see blue skies ahead and boy oh boy did they deliver.
