With one week to go until the British Transplant Games, Gold medallist Rian Snell shares what the event means to him.

Rian is a Sheffield Hallam University student who received a life-saving kidney from his mum when he was three years old.

He has competed in the Games since 2009 and, this year, has helped with the Sheffield event.

Rian hopes the Games will encourage everyone to join the organ donor register.
