Celebrating our four legged friends! We're putting dogs into the spotlight at the Shipley Glen Tramway next weekend on the 20th & 21st June, 12-4 pm. Come visit us and make unforgettable special memories together. We're ready to welcome little bundles of joy at the UK's oldest working cable-hauled tramway. 🐾🚂🐾

There will also be children’s activities happening in our Museum, so make sure you do not miss it.

Of course dogs, the main event! We need your help owners. Bring yours to the Tramway next weekend! Maybe it's that cute snapshot of you with your dog that you've always been wanted to have? It's the perfect way to start, end or break-up the daily walk.
All we ask is that all dogs are on suitable leads when travelling with us.

To round off Volunteers' week, we would like to take the opportunity to say a huge thank you to our incredible and dedicated bunch of volunteers working at Shipley Glen Tramway. All your hard work doesn't ever go unnoticed! Tomorrow is day 2 of the Volunteer Recruitment Open event. We're only holding this unique and special weekend once this year, so please do come along for a rare peek behind the scenes of the UK's oldest working tramway. Meet some of our outstanding staff, all kinds of ages, to find out more! We have quite the variety, something for everyone. They will be happy to help and answer any questions you might have. 12-4 pm.

We really need your help to preserve our future and keep this piece of history moving for generations to come.
There’s something for everyone. It really is the perfect way to spend a weekend.
