Today is polling day in Makerfield, and we’d like to wish the Restore Britain Makerfield candidate - Rebecca Shepherd the very best of luck as she stands as Restore Britain’s candidate.

In just four months, Restore Britain has grown from a new political movement into a party attracting support from people who are tired of the same old politics and want common-sense solutions to the challenges facing our country.

Under the leadership of Rupert Lowe, Restore Britain is building a movement that puts Britain first, stands up for working people, and is prepared to say what many others won’t.

Whether you’re in Makerfield or elsewhere in the country, today is another important step in showing that voters are looking for an alternative to the political establishment.

Good luck to Rebecca Shepherd and all the volunteers who have worked tirelessly throughout this campaign.

We support Restore Britain and Rupert Lowe’s call for truth, accountability, and justice for the victims of grooming gangs.

The recently published 219-page report makes for deeply disturbing reading.

It details not only the horrific abuse suffered by vulnerable young girls, but also the repeated failures of institutions that were supposed to protect them.

Here in the West Midlands, serious concerns have been raised about cases where warnings were not acted upon, reports were not properly investigated, and safeguarding measures failed vulnerable children.

Victims and their families deserved better.

For too long, many people felt unable or unwilling to confront these issues.

Regardless of politics, protecting children must always come first.

Every victim deserves to be heard.

Every failure deserves to be investigated.

Every perpetrator should face the full force of the law.

We stand with the survivors and support efforts to uncover the truth, hold institutions accountable, and ensure that these failures are never repeated.

We had people from Shrewsbury, North Shropshire, Lichfield and Blackpool all out together, joined by Restore Britain councillors Paul Thomas and Brian Black from Kent, supporting Restore Britain Makerfield’s by-election candidate Rebecca Shepard.

The turnout was incredible, with thousands attending and a cracking speech from Rupert Lowe alongside other special guests.

Plenty of volunteers on the ground, all determined to help get this country back on track.

Really positive responses on the doors throughout the day and a genuine feeling that people want change.

There’s a real opportunity here to make a difference.

Big thanks to everyone who travelled, volunteered and got stuck in.

We are Looking forward to getting back up there again soon.

The boys are back at it again, whatever the weather.

Up from Shrewsbury to Wigan today supporting Makerfield by-election.

We’ll be back up again on Saturday with a few more of the Shropshire lads to hear from Rupert Lowe and help Restore Britain make its mark in its first Westminster by-election.

A few miles on the road is nothing when you’re backing something you believe in.

Together, we will Restore Britain.

The arrest of a Sudanese national over an alleged attempted beheading has raised serious questions about Britain’s immigration system.

This individual was granted leave to remain in 2023, when Robert Jenrick and Suella Braverman held responsibility for immigration policy.

Today, both are prominent figures in Reform UK, criticising a system they once helped oversee.

What checks were carried out?

What information was available before permission to remain was granted?

How many others were admitted under the same policies?

We’ve submitted requests for information because the public deserves answers.

Enough.

Enough of politicians acting as though they bear no responsibility for the consequences of the policies they supported.

As Rupert Lowe argues, Britain needs an honest conversation about immigration, removals, and border control.

Accountability must come first.

Restore Britain means secure borders, proper vetting, transparency, and politicians being held responsible for their decisions.

Millions must go.

Britain must be restored.

Following Rupert Lowe’s comments about the response Restore Britain is receiving in Makerfield, I couldn’t agree more.

We’re encourage anyone from any political party to go to Makerfield and hear it for themselves.

Speak to the people on the doorstep, listen to what local residents are saying, and you’ll quickly understand why so many are backing Restore Britain Makerfield.

The feeling on the ground is that people are tired of being ignored and want real change.

Many are engaging with politics for the first time, while others have simply had enough of the same promises from the same parties.

Whatever your political views, it’s worth seeing for yourself.

The appetite for change in Makerfield is bigger than many people expect.

What a fantastic day out in Makerfield!

Members from both Restore Shrewsbury and Restore North Shropshire headed up to support Restore Britain Makerfield and Rebecca Shepherd, spending the day out canvassing, meeting local residents, and speaking with some brilliant people.

The response on the doorstep was incredibly positive, and it was great to see so much enthusiasm and support.

After a hard day’s work, we’re now enjoying a well-earned drink and showing off our new caps too!

If you’re a Restore Britain member, supporter, or a fan of our future Prime Minister Rupert Lowe, don’t waste any time - come and join our cracking team.

You’ll meet great people, make new friends, and have a lot of fun while helping to make a difference.

Restore Britain is polling 3rd in the Makerfield by-election, beating established parties and building real momentum across the country.

So what does the BBC do?

They shut the party out of Question Time.

This is exactly why so many people no longer trust the BBC.

A broadcaster funded by the British public should not be acting as a gatekeeper for political debate.

The BBC is happy to take your money, but apparently not so happy to let voters hear from political movements challenging the establishment.

Enough is enough.

As Rupert Lowe said:

“It’s time to defund the BBC.”

If the BBC wants to push its own agenda instead of serving the public, it can survive on subscriptions like every other media company.

Let the people decide.

On Saturday, Restore Britain organisers from across the country travelled to Westminster to meet with Rupert Lowe and discuss the next steps for our growing movement.

We’re proud that our own organiser from Shrewsbury was there, representing our town and helping push forward the vision of a better Britain.

It’s worth remembering that Restore Britain has only been around since late February.

In that short time, we’ve built local teams across the country, gained national media attention, and attracted thousands of people who are fed up with politics as usual.

People can see that this isn’t just talk.

It’s action.

It’s ordinary people stepping forward because they care about the future of their communities and their country.

We won’t be afraid to challenge decisions that we believe are damaging Britain.

We won’t stay quiet when things are going in the wrong direction.

And we won’t stop fighting for the values, freedoms, and opportunities that made this country great.

The support is growing.

The movement is growing.

And we’re only getting started.
