When Bexley’s Conservative Council saved Sidcup’s library and cinema until a new operator was found, Reform Bexley’s Leader described it as “brilliant news”.

But now Reform want to pull the funding that would risk our much loved community asset closing.

Footfall in Sidcup is up and library members are up. The community is benefitting from this investment.

But alongside Laila Cunnigham, Reform today described the decision to save the Sidcup Storyteller as “disgusting and terrible, socialism”.

On Thursday, we need to stop these people.
