Our current fixed tariff will cancel out the 1st January price increase so now is the time to fix.

Today is World Oceans Day

Over the past few years, there has been much focus on the environment. Most of us have realised that the solutions to a lot of problems faced by humankind come from the environment. So, on World Ocean Day 2021 we should all remind ourselves about the role that the oceans play in our daily lives.

As individuals we can’t change everything ourselves but the little changes we make every day as a collective will make a huge difference over time.

I’m really proud that the company I work with encourages us alll to do our bit and they lead the way.

Our current charity is 💚Plastic Oceans UK💚 and for every pound we raise UW doubles it.

As a team we

💚 provide 100% renewable electricity
💚 are rolling out electric minis to go about our
business in

It’s the UN’s International Day of Forests and the wonderful company that I’m partnered with is celebrating the 60,000th tree being planted in the UW Woodland.
I love helping this cause and every person who I help save money in their essential services, UW plants a tree.

Top Tip Tuesday

I am really trying to make changes to my lifestyle which will also be kind to our very fragile environment, so I thought I'd share some more tips today.

Travelling - are you thinking about how you travel?
If not, why not challenge yourself to rethink it?

If it’s less than a mile, could you walk?

If it’s less than five miles, could you cycle?

If you have to drive, can you car share with someone?

Make sure your car is regularly serviced.

Switching up a gear earlier, sticking to the speed limit and avoiding traffic can also cut unnecessary CO2.

Reducing the number of times that you use the car not only cuts down on carbon emissions but it means also getting out and exercising which has benefits too!

Motivational Monday

I can’t believe it is March already.

How often do you set new goals? I decided in 2021 that I would review the end of each month and make tweaks, change things and keep some things the same depending on outcomes.

So I’ve set my intentions for March and will do my daily activities consistently. This has got me off to a positive start to this month.

I’ve never been so intentional before but it seems to be working as so far 2021 has been a good year.

Super Saturday

Wow! I have been absolutely blown away this morning by some inspirational youngsters in our business who are all aged between 22 and 26. They are absolutely smashing this business alongside their full time jobs. Most of them have already bought their first house and all because they have helped their friends and family save money on their bills and shown their friends and family how to earn by doing the same as them.
There were around 300 people on this zoom call and you could feel the admiration in the room.

These young people are from different backgrounds, different educational settings and different jobs BUT they do have something in common.

What is it?

They are open-minded, coachable and willing to work.
They have adopted a growth mindset and have engaged in personal development.
They have grabbed an opportunity that is there for the taking if you want it and are wiling to listen, learn and take action!

I am full of admiration! Well done and I can't wait to see where you are in 3 years time.

What I most love about this business is that it doesn't matter if you are 18 or 80 you can make a go of it if you want to. The training and support you get means that you can't fail unless you don't take action.

Thoughtful Thursday

I was so touched to receive this text message from a lady who joined my business as a customer in January 2020. She phoned me on Friday as she was confused by her bill as it said -£33.35. She couldn't believe it when I told her that her bill was free that month and our company is going to credit her bank account with the extra money.😍
