Here’s a list of all the summer events we currently have booked in. Over the last few years, we’ve carefully cherry picked these events, so they’re all truly lovely occasions. We hope they might offer some inspiration for great days out this summer!

Here today at Bishops Waltham Garden Fair. It’s a lovely charming event a there are loads of plants and flowers for sale too!

If you’re looking for a day out this coming Sunday, look no further… The Bishops Waltham Garden fair is a delightful day set in the beautiful gardens of Winters Hill Hall. We will be there selling our wares and if you like plants, there will be all sorts on offer, as-Well as food and music. 😀

Today we’re at our first event of the year. We’re all set up at the food festival. It’s very nice here and there’s also a lovely garden you can take a wander around, on the banks of the River Test!

You may have noticed that Chloe and I recently visited London, but we haven’t yet said why, as we have been awaiting an official photo, which hasn’t arrived yet, but we can’t wait any longer to announce, that the purpose of our Trip, was to visit the Lady Mayor of London, at her place; Mansion House, as Chloe had to collect a very special award for outstanding achievement in her Bee farming apprenticeship! And not only that, but Chloe made History, as the first ever bee farming apprentice to receive the Livery Companies Skills Council Master award, which was given to her for a combination of achieving a distinction, her commitment and hard work towards both The Noble Bee and the program, and having an overall wonderfully positive attitude! Chloe invited me along as her special guest, and we took part in a very lovely and traditional ceremony. Chloe was nominated by The worshipful Company of Wax Chandlers and The Bee farmers Association and I felt extremely proud of Chloe for winning this award and she truly deserved it!

Red Mason bees seem to be out in force at the moment. Here’s a short video of some solitary beehives we have hung in the outside of ‘the beeshed’ They’re such lovely little bees and use these solitary bees homes to raise their young in. We sell a couple of different types of bee homes over on our website…. Aswell well as bird boxes. It’s a nice thing to provide habitat for nature in our gardens and it’s also very rewarding.
