ROONEY SAYS MARTĂŤNEZ WENT TOO FAR. đź”´

Licha spoke his mind. Rooney believes he crossed a line.

But United fans have been asking for players to show leadership and speak honestly.

Now that one has, he’s getting criticised.

Was Rooney right to call him out, or is he missing the bigger problem at United?

THE TRUTH DOESN’T ERASE THE MISTAKES. 🔴

Lisandro MartĂnez said what many United fans have been thinking. And he deserves credit for speaking out.

But let’s be fair. He’s also made costly mistakes on the pitch.

The board must take responsibility. Carrick has questions to answer. But the players cannot escape criticism either.

You can’t demand higher standards without showing them yourself.

Was Licha brave for speaking out, or should he fix his own game first? đź‘€

RED PULSE PLAYER RATINGS đź”´

Baleba tops our ratings with 6/10. Some energy and ball winning in another disappointing night for United.

Rashford and Carrick get 3. The missed chances hurt, but so did the lack of control and defensive porganisation.

These are our ratings. Which score would you change, and why? 👇

MARTÍNEZ SPEAKS OUT: “I EXPECTED MORE.” 🔴👀

After United’s defeat to Atlético, Lisandro Martínez questions the summer investment and calls for changes to how the team plays.

But he also says the players must do more. This cannot be reduced to blaming Wilcox or Carrick alone.

Watch the interview. Is this the honesty United need, or should these discussions stay inside the club?

MARTÍNEZ CALLS OUT UNITED’S RECRUITMENT 👀🔴

“I expect more from our technical director, I have to be honest.”

Speaking after the Atlético defeat, Martínez questioned the summer investment. But he also said the players must do more.

That matters. The squad needs support, and the players already here need to perform better. Both can be true.

Is he right to say this publicly?

4 DEFEATS. 9 GAMES. đź”´

Two wins, three draws and four losses. United’s opening nine games across all competitions make painful reading.

Results can improve. But where is the confidence, control and clear plan to make that happen?

Carrick needs more than promises of a response. We need to see one.

OUTCLASSED. AGAIN. đź”´

FULL TIME: ATLÉTICO 2–0 UNITED

Same problems as the first half. Slow passing, little confidence and no control. Atlético looked sharper, quicker and more organised.

Yoro’s red card made it harder, but United were struggling long before we went down to ten.

We were fortunate the scoreline was not more embarrassing. Changing the players means little when the performance stays the same.

Where was the response, Carrick?

HALF TIME: ATLÉTICO 1–0 UNITED 🔴

Lucky to be only one goal down. VAR ruled out Atlético’s second for handball, but that does not fix what we are watching.

United look short of confidence. Slow passing, little control and Atlético getting through our midfield with two or three passes.

We have had chances, but there is no clear rhythm to our attack. Right now, an Atlético mistake looks more likely to bring us a goal than a move we build ourselves.

Carrick needs a response. We cannot spend another half chasing the game.

ONLY THREE UNITED PLAYERS? 👀🔴

Bruno, Mbeumo and Tielemans make our United vs Atlético combined XI.

We love United, but the badge alone cannot earn anyone a place.

Who have we left out who deserves to be in? Name the player and who they replace. 👇

WHO GOT THE BETTER PLAYER? 👀🔴

Tielemans or Bruno GuimarĂŁes?

Forget the badge for a moment. Who gives you more in midfield, and who would you trust in a big game?

United and Arsenal fans, make your case. 👇
