📢 Stadhampton Parish Council Meeting – Tuesday 23 June 2026

The next meeting of Stadhampton Parish Council will be held at Stadhampton Village Hall on Tuesday 23 June 2026, commencing at 7.30pm.

Residents are warmly welcome to attend. There will be an opportunity at the beginning of the meeting for members of the public to raise questions, comments, or matters of concern with the Council.

📢 Meeting Postponement Notice

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the meeting of Stadhampton Parish Council scheduled for Monday 15 June 2026 has been postponed.

The meeting will now take place on Tuesday 23 June 2026 at 7.30pm at Stadhampton Village Hall.

A revised agenda and meeting notice will be published in due course.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Parish Council AGM on 18th May.

One of the biggest talking points of the evening was the exciting update from the new owner of The Crown, who shared fresh plans to bring the village pub back to life - with community events, local jobs and a hoped-for reopening in January, subject to planning approval.

📢 Reminder: Parish Council AGM Tonight – 7.30pm 📢

Just a quick reminder that the Stadhampton Parish Council AGM is taking place this evening (Monday 18th May) at 7.30pm in the Village Hall.

It’s a great opportunity to hear about the year ahead, including the election of Chair and Vice-Chair and how the Council will be organised going forward.

🍻 We’re also pleased to share that Sanjay, the new owner of The Crown, will be joining us to introduce himself and talk about his exciting plans for the pub - definitely something many in the village will be keen to hear about!

📢 Stadhampton Parish Council Annual General Meeting (AGM) – Monday 18th May 📢

Residents are warmly invited to attend the Stadhampton Parish Council Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Monday 18th May at Stadhampton Village Hall, starting at 7.30pm.

The AGM is a chance for the Parish Council to look back on the past year and prepare for the year ahead. During the meeting, councillors will:

• Elect the Chair and Vice-Chair for the coming year
• Review council roles and responsibilities
• Confirm committees and representatives

Everyone is welcome to come along and find out more about the work of the Parish Council and what’s planned for the year ahead.

The full agenda will be published on the Parish Council website on Wednesday.

Good news! The dog bin on Copson Lane has now been emptied and is back in service.

The issue was caused by a lager box being jammed inside by someone apparently testing whether the bin could also function as a recycling centre.

A friendly reminder that dog bins are for dog waste only 🙂
