🌞With the warm weather arriving, it’s important to keep our children safe, cool and comfortable.
Here are a few simple ways to help little ones enjoy the sunshine safely:

Keep children well‑hydrated throughout the day — offer water regularly, even if they’re not asking

Make sure they’re wearing light, breathable clothing and a wide‑brimmed hat

Apply high‑factor sunscreen and reapply often, especially after playing outside

Encourage play in shaded areas during the hottest parts of the day

Never leave children in hot rooms, cars or enclosed spaces

Keep bedrooms cool by closing curtains and using fans safely
