Do you live in a Council /Housing Association property ?

Are you always being neglected and ignored?

I’m working in Gloucestershire and Swindon area in the next few weeks , revisiting again to help tenants .

I cover the whole of the UK also .

Having lived in a very damp property with children before , I suffered like many tenants do on a regular basis .I fully understand how hard and stressful it can be.
So I decided to help others with similar issues.

I have been disgusted to see how many tenants have been ignored ,with rent being paid and nothing is done to assist them.

In the last 11 years I’ve helped approx 2000 families, where they have been let down and left to live in terrible and unacceptable conditions , through no fault of their own !

I’m talking to many communities in the area , and helping tenants in COUNCIL and HOUSING ASSOCIATION properties not PRIVATE LANDLORDS.

There are many vulnerable tenants suffering at the neglect of the landlords.

These photos have been taken throughout the years where I have visited tenants .

Damp and mould is affecting health , especially to the elderly and small children .

Furniture and personal items are constantly being ruined by poor living conditions.

We will compensate you for the inconvenience and also items which have been ruined /replaced etc.
*Damp and mould.

*Cracks and plasterwork damage.

*Extractor fans not working.

*We can help with faulty boilers with continuous problems.

*Heating/hot water issues .

*Leaks and blocked guttering, causing damp and mould in ceilings and walls .

*Windows with draughts ,with mould and damp areas.

Are you always being neglected and ignored?

I cover the whole of the UK .
