PLANNING UPDATE
PL/2025/02340 land at midge hall farm (coped hall roundabout) outline permission for residential led mixd use development of up to 425 dwellings, local centre, primary school employment land and public open space - all matters reserved except for access from hook road and Swindon road (details will follow in a subsequent application)
To be decided at Wiltshire council strategic planning committee on Tuesday 16th June 2026 council chamber county hall Trowbridge
The meeting starts at 1030 and this is the first application being decided.
The second application to be decided is PL/2025/06988 land at park grounds for an anaerobic digester with ancillary plant and equipment for the generation of biogas from processing food waste.
Wiltshire council allow for 3 members of the public to speak for and against each application for up to
3 minutes each - you must be registered in advance to speak, to register email [email protected].
