We're really sad to say a couple of items from our Easter event seem to have gone missing.

We are looking for a squeaky chicken and two wooden & foam hammers from Splat the Rat (pic below).

The Splat the Rat game was kindly provided by a talented local who generously supports community events like ours, so it's incredibly disappointing to have to ask this.

We're hoping this is just a simple mix up and that someone wandered off with them by accident. If this is the case, no problem at all, we'd just really appreciate them being returned.

If you have them, or know where they might be, please do get in touch.

Thank you for your help.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Easter event!

It was lovely to see so many families enjoying the activities, getting involved in the mini show, and cheering on the ducks.

A big thank you to:
• Our volunteers and Duck Wranglers
• Everyone who adopted a duck
• Those who entered the children’s show
• And everyone who came along and supported the event

These events only happen because of the community around them, and it’s great to see that support each year.

We hope you all had a good time — and we look forward to doing it all again in August!

Every Duck Race needs a few brave people in wellies.

We’re looking for a few more Duck Wranglers to help with the race on Saturday 4 April at 2pm.

Wrangler duties include:
• Helping release the ducks
• Keeping an eye on the race
• Retrieving any adventurous swimmers
• Looking extremely official in wellies

No experience required — just a willingness to get involved.

If you’d like to help for part of the day, comment below or send us a message.

You’ll have one of the best views of the race!
