We've had reports that there is a no water or low pressure in the TW area of West London. Thames Water have identified an issue with one of their water treatment works in the area, which in turn is affecting some people's water supply.

We value your feedback and are committed to listening to your views so we can continue improving our services. Following the success of our last 'Meet the board' event, we’re running another one.

Join members of RHP’s Board, to share your thoughts on what we could improve, as well as anything you’d like us to continue or do more of. Please join from the start of the session from 6pm.

If you have a specific service query to discuss, before the main event, colleagues from a range of service areas including repairs, housing and rents will be available for one-to-one conversations. Drop in anytime between 4.45pm – 6pm. You’re then welcome to stay for the ‘Meet the board’ session afterwards.

We were delighted to welcome customers to our offices last week for a few hours dedicated to health, relaxation, and great conversation.

It was a packed afternoon! Some of our guests got stuck into potting their own plants and getting creative with cake decorating. Others took the time to chat with our incredible partners from Richmond Borough Mind & Ruils - Independent Living.

The event was also a vital opportunity for customers to speak directly with our teams. Representatives from our repairs, housing, and financial inclusion teams were on hand to provide direct, face-to-face support and answer questions.

We also used the afternoon to look to the future, asking our customers for their honest feedback on our next strategy: telling us exactly what they want us to stop, start, and continue.

We were thrilled to hear that customers left the event feeling truly heard, supported, and valued. Thanks to everyone who came along.

At RHP, we want to make it easier for customers to access support, connect with others and take part in activities that support wellbeing.

That’s why we’re hosting our Wellbeing Wednesday Community drop-in session tomorrow at our offices in Teddington, with free activities and support available throughout the afternoon.

You’ll also be able to speak face-to-face with colleagues from our Repairs, Housing and Financial Inclusion Teams if you have any questions or need advice.
