Saj is in the front now!
When things get tough we are there to support people to live life their way. We helped Saj to get the most from his new home and Individual Service Fund so that he can make his support right for him.
When Saj came home from hospital we made sure he had the right staff, trained to help him balance emotional safety with increasing independence.
He now follows his passion to work with animals, loves cooking class and goes on holiday.
Saj says his happiness level is "one hundred!" and is planning a holiday abroad!
Massive change can be achieved when support and funds are personalised.
Thank you Newcastle City Council and to Jane and our amazing support team. And to Saj, for finding the courage to demand more from life. 🙂
