Celebrating Caroline Ajuwa Appiah’s Global Recognition

We are proud to celebrate Chosen Community youth leader, Caroline Ajuwa Appiah, on her remarkable achievement as the Winner of the Inspirational Young Role Model Award at the Global Queens Leadership Awards 2026.

Caroline serves as our Mental Health Ambassador Lead & Co Production Lead, and this award is a powerful reflection of the passion, compassion, and leadership she brings to the lives of young people and the wider community every day.

Ambitious, vibrant, and deeply caring, Caroline creates a safe and nurturing environment where people feel heard, valued, and empowered. Her calm presence, combined with her creativity and authenticity, has made her a positive influence among young people both within and beyond our organisation.

At Chosen Community, we believe in raising young leaders who lead with purpose, compassion, and courage and Caroline embodies all of these qualities. Her achievement at the Global Queens Leadership Awards 2026 is not only a personal milestone, but also an inspiration to many young people striving to make a difference in their communities.
