Thank you to Pennine Heritage for hosting their free entry Digital Archive yesterday at Todmorden Town Hall 😀

It was interesting to look through their wide collection of archival photographs as part of their 'Pennine Stories' events - we even found some old images of Tod Town Hall too!

Did you know? The Todmorden Photographic Society meet here, at Todmorden Town Hall, every Wednesday at 7:15pm for their weekly get-togethers, discussing everything photography and more! 📸

It doesn’t matter what level of technical ability you have. All you need is a general interest in photography. New members are always welcome 🙂

There's plenty to look forward to as they host a varied programme of events, including lectures, workshops, outings, monthly competitions, awards and an annual exhibition

We are excited to announce that Pennine Heritage are hosting a Digital Archive, featuring 70,000 images, this month at Todmorden Town Hall, and you can join us:

🗓️ Wednesday 18 March | ⏰ between 12:30pm & 2:30pm

Come along and discover the history of our beloved Tod, as you scan through and pick out archival photographs that are most interesting to you 🖼️📸

Once you’ve got your favourites, the photographs will be collected together into image packs that'll be sent to local schools as inspiration for creative writing classes 📖🖋️

This is a FREE EVENT - refreshments are provided 🥤☕️
