Great work by the NPG Utility Services Teams 👏 👏 👏

Last Friday we were delighted to welcome Reigate and Banstead MP Rebecca Paul and local Cllr Rich Michalowski to our Gatton Park site.

Our work to replace both the 20” and 7” water pipes that run along Gatton Park Road is progressing well and still on track to complete in May.

Since closing the road on 6 January we’ve laid a quarter of the total new piping and have also started re-instating the road with tarmac where the new pipe has been laid.

We're thankful for everyone's patience in the local community whilst we continue the work on both mains.

**Job Title: Yards Person/Support Driver**

**Location: Reigate, Surrey**

We are excited to offer an opportunity to join our dynamic utilities team as a Yards Person/Support Driver. This role is vital to our operations, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our activities both in the yard and on-site.

**Responsibilities:**
- Working along side a support driver
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the yard.
- Manage the booking and dispatch of tools and consumables.
- Deliver barriers, signage, lighting, and guarding to various sites.
- Transport plant equipment to designated sites.
- Move vans to and from service appointments, including repairs and MOT checks.
- attending completed jobs and pressure washing the road

**Key Requirements:**
- Full UK driving licence.
- National Water Hygiene certification.
- NRSWA Street Works Qualification in Signing, Lighting, and Guarding (SLG).
- HGV license (preferred but not essential).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.

**Work Hours & Benefits:**
- Full-time position, 7 AM to 5 PM.
- Hourly rate of £14 with overtime opportunities at £18.66 per hour.
- This is a CIS self-employed position.
- Work throughout Surrey and South London.
