✨Thank a Teacher Day✨

We are so proud to announce that the Fashion team at our Beverley campus has been named a Silver Winner in the Further Education Team of the Year category at the 2026 The Pearson National Teaching Awards 🎉 The team celebrated with their Head of Faculty, Kerry Wray and Campus Principal, Nicola Adams alongside this year's Student Award winners.

Sarah Rands, Lyndsey Kemp, and Amanda Harvey were recognised for creating an inspiring learning environment, delivering industry-focused projects, and providing real-world experience that supports our students' move into higher education, employment, and successful careers in creative industries.

Our staff also had further success with Jaqui Graham being awarded Bronze in the Lifetime Achievement category, while Emma Wray and Amanda Harvey both received Highly Commended recognition.

A huge congratulations to you all, we are incredibly proud of you!

Congratulations to our incredibly talented Chef Ruby Goodens on reaching the national finals of the Young Risotto Chef competition. Held at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, Ruby showcased her skills on a national stage and even got a behind-the-scenes tour of the stadium too!

We are so proud to see Ruby representing the college with such professionalism and passion. Well done, Ruby, you smashed it! ⭐

Our Catering students have been out in the community spreading a little sunshine at Belvedere Care Home in Bridlington! 🌹🌱🌿

Each student was given a £20 budget to choose their own mix of plants and flowers, creating beautiful additions to the residents’ outdoor patios. It’s a great example of how much our students enjoy giving back and making a positive impact.

We hope that as the plants and flowers bloom over the summer they bring colour and life to the residents at Belvedere. 🌿
