Gwasanaeth sy’n gweithredu fel y pwynt cyswllt cyntaf ar gyfer Plant, Teuluoedd a Gweithwyr Proffesiynol er mwyn cael mynediad at wybodaeth, cyngor a chefnogaeth yn ymwneud â Phlant, a theuluoedd sydd â phlant, rhwng 0-25 oed. Rydym yn rhan o Wasanaethau Plant Ynys Môn a gallwn roi cymorth i chi os ydych:
• Yn chwilio am ofal plant neu’n meddwl dechrau
gweithio fel gofalwr plant proffesiynol.
• Ei
siau gwybodaeth am weithgareddau i blant a/neu grwpiau cymorth lleol yn yr ardal.
• Angen cyngor ar sut i helpu teulu sydd angen
cefnogaeth ychwanegol, oherwydd bod teulu wedi
chwalu, pryderon yn ymwneud â thai, problemau
ariannol neu brofedigaeth.
• Eisiau cymorth ar gyfer teulu sy’n wynebu problemau yn yr ysgol, oherwydd anabledd yn y teulu, beichiogrwydd yn yr arddegau, cam-drin alcohol a chyffuriau.
• Eisiau siarad am bryder sydd gennych am lesiant neu niwed posibl i blentyn. Rydym yn angerddol dros uno asiantaethau i gefnogi teuluoedd drwy sicrhau bod pob plentyn a theulu’n gallu cael mynediad rhwydd at wybodaeth, cyngor a chefnogaeth mor fuan â phosib. point of contact for all Children, Families and
Professionals in accessing information, advice
and assistance relating to Children or the
families of children, aged 0-25 years. We are a part of Anglesey’s Children’s Services and we can help if you are:
• Looking for childcare or thinking of becoming a
childcare professional.
• Wanting to find out about activities for children and/ or local support groups in the area.
• Seeking advice on how to help a family that are in
need of additional support, this may be down to
a family breakdown, housing concerns, financial
difficulties or bereavement.
• Support for a family that are experiencing problems at school, disability within the family, teenage pregnancies, alcohol and drug misuse.
• Wanting to talk through a concern you have for the well-being and possible harm of a child
We are passionate about uniting agencies to support families through ensuring that every child and family have easy access to information, advice and support as early as possible.
