President RBL Camberley Branch
To all members of the RBL Camberley Branch and to all colleagues’ friends and associates on behalf of the committee it is my privilege and great honour to be able to announce the appointment of our new President for our Branch. Brig. P A D Evans O.B.E DL BSc (Hons). Paul has been a member of the branch for some 15 years. I hope you will all join me in welcoming Paul who has accepted to become our new President. I would like to thank Paul for accepting this position which is very important for the Branch and to have him as our figurehead. We will be holding a ‘Meet our President night’ at our next Members Night to be held on the Thursday 12th March at Corrinna Lodge Care Home, in The Avenue, Camberley. This will give members a chance to meet Paul. Representatives from our Affiliated Cadet Units and invited guests will also be welcome to attend. Patrick T Mathe RBL Camberley Branch Chairman.

Last Night at Branch Members Night @ Corrina Lodge Care Home we said Farewell to Rev Mike Thomason our President and gave our thanks for his commitment and service he has given to the Camberley Branch. It was a magnificent event together with our mayor Councillor Louise Ashbury present. There will be photos of the night which we will publish shortly for you. Mike was presented with an engraved RBL Shield and branch certificate. Mike will be sorely missed. Thank You Mike and we all wish you every success for the future when you take up your new role up North. Best Wishes to you and your family.

MONTHLY MEMBERS NIGHTS ANNOUNCEMENT
Our First Members Night on the 12th February will be at Corrina Lodge Care Home in The Avenue Camberley 7pm - 9pm This will be a quiz night. Members Nights will be held in future at Corrina Lodge on a bimonthly basis, other members night activities will be held in between to give members more selection and variation. If you have any suggestions and would like to do something please let us know.

Our New Winter Newsletter is due to be sent out to all Members in the next few days called The Camberley 'Bugle' Newsletter.It will be sent out to all our members via email or via messenger, Text or whatsapp- a few printed copies will be made available to read in the Library and the Museum also in Camberley Heights Care Home.
