🔥 Preparations are underway for the peaceful demonstration on 8 September 2026.

As part of the preparations for this demonstration, the following dedicated members of the Manchester Circle of the Regay Azadi Organisation have undertaken the responsibility of preparing and printing posters, banners, slogans, and campaign materials for the demonstration:

📢 The Regay Azadi Organisation calls for participation in a peaceful demonstration under the slogan:

“No to the looting of oil and gas to fund militias and political parties — while war and poverty are inflicted upon the citizens of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region.”

This demonstration is being organised to raise the voices of citizens against the looting and waste of natural resources, corruption, and the diversion of oil and gas revenues toward political and militia interests.

We call for the revenues generated from natural resources, particularly oil and gas, to be used for the benefit of citizens and directed toward livelihoods, public services, development, and securing a decent standard of living for all.

📢 Our Key Demands:

✊ An immediate halt to the looting and waste of oil and gas.
✊ The transfer of all oil revenues to the public treasury to be spent for the benefit of citizens.
✊ Cutting the budgets of political parties and militias and redirecting those resources toward livelihoods and development.
✊ Combating corruption and bringing those responsible for corruption to justice.
✊ Securing a decent and fair standard of living for all citizens.

We call upon all activists, journalists, writers, human rights defenders, women, young people, and members of the Kurdish community across the United Kingdom to join this peaceful demonstration and raise their voices for justice, a decent standard of living, and the protection of public resources.

Call to All Activists, Members of the Regay Azadi Organisation, and the Kurdish Diaspora Residing in the United Kingdom

(No to the looting of oil and gas to fund militias and political parties—while war and poverty are inflicted upon the citizens of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region)

At a time when our natural resources—especially oil and gas—are being plundered with revenues diverted to line the pockets of political parties fund militias and sustain conflicts the citizens of Iraq and the Kurdistan Region are facing unprecedented poverty unemployment and a severe lack of basic services.
This unjust situation is no longer acceptable.
We, as the Regay Azadi Organisation a political advocacy organisation for human rights, call upon all activists ,journalists,writers, human rights defenders,women,youth,and all Kurds residing in the UK to join this peaceful protest. Let us raise our voices in dissent and pressure the authorities to restore our usurped rights.

Our Demands:

Immediate halt to the looting and wastage of oil and gas.
Transfer of all oil revenues to the public treasury to be spent on the welfare of citizens.
Cutting the budgets of political parties and militias, and redirecting those funds toward livelihoods and development.
Combating corruption and bringing the corrupt to justice.
Securing a decent and fair standard of living for all citizens.

مێژوو، پێش دەرکەوتنی ئەو، لە تاریکییەکی قووڵی فکری و کۆمەڵایەتیدا دەگوزەرا. لەدایکبوونی محەممەد ﷺ گۆڕینی سادەی لاپەڕەیەکی ڕۆژژمێر نەبوو؛ بەڵکو تەقینەوەیەکی مەعریفی و گەورەترین وەرچەرخانی فەلسەفی بوو کە سەردەمی ستەمکاری هەژاند و مرۆڤی لە کۆیلایەتیی وەهمەوە بەرەو ئازادیی ڕەها گواستەوە.

لە سەردەمێکدا کە جیهان تێگەیشتنی بۆ شکۆی مرۆڤ نەبوو، ئەو هات و چەمکی "ئازادی"ی کردە ناوەندی بوونی مرۆڤایەتی. سەلماندی کە تەنیا بە ڕزگارکردنی عەقڵ لە کۆت و زنجیرەکانی ستەم، ڕاستیی بەدی دێت.

بۆ ئێمە لە ڕێکخراوی ڕێگای ئازادی، وەک داکۆکیکارێکی سیاسی لە مافەکانی مرۆڤ، ئەم یادە تەنیا بەسەرکردنەوەیەکی مێژوویی نییە؛ بەڵکو بەردەوامیدانە بەو شۆڕشە بێپسانەوەیەی کە ڕێگەی ئازادی، دادپەروەری و کەرامەتی مرۆڤ ڕووناک دەکاتەوە.

History, before his emergence, was bound in a deep darkness of thought and society. The birth of Muhammad ﷺ was not a simple turn of a calendar page; rather, it was a cognitive explosion and the greatest philosophical turning point that shook an age of oppression and carried humanity from illusory servitude toward true freedom.

At a time when the world had no understanding of human dignity, he came and made the concept of “freedom” the center of human existence. He proved that truth is only attained by liberating the mind from the chains of oppression.

For us at the Regay Azadi Organisation, as a political advocate for human rights, this occasion is not merely a historical commemoration; it is a continuation of that everlasting revolution that illuminates the path of freedom, justice, and human dignity.

Peace be upon the pioneer of true freedom and the master of humanity.

كان التاريخ، قبل ظهوره، يعیش بظلامٍ عميقٍ في الفكر والمجتمع. لم تكن ولادة محمد ﷺ مجرد تقليبٍ بسيطٍ لصفحةٍ من صفحات التقويم؛ بل كانت انفجارًا معرفيًا وأعظم نقطة تحوّلٍ فلسفيةٍ هزّت عصر الاستبداد ونقلت الإنسان من عبودية الوهم إلى حريةٍ حقيقية.

في زمنٍ لم يكن العالم فيه يدرك معنى كرامة الإنسان، جاء ليجعل مفهوم “الحرية” محورًا لوجود الإنسانية. أثبت أن الحقيقة لا تتحقق إلا بتحرير العقل من أغلال الاستبداد.

بالنسبة لنا في منظمة ريگای ئازادی (طريق الحرية)، بصفتنا مدافعين سياسيين عن حقوق الإنسان، فإن هذه المناسبة ليست مجرد ذكرى تاريخية؛ بل هي استمرارٌ لتلك الثورة الخالدة التي تُنير طريق الحرية والعدالة وكرامة الإنسان.

لە سیمیناری ڕێگای ئازادی لە بێرمینگهام، میوانان، ئەندامان و چالاکوانان لە بەشی پرسیار و وەڵام لەگەڵ کامەران عوسمان لە ڕێکخراوی CPT بەشدارییان کرد و پرسیار و بۆچوونەکانیان لەسەر دۆخی میدیا و ئازادی ڕادەربڕین لە هەرێمی کوردستان خستەڕوو.

During the Regay Azadi seminar in Birmingham, guests, members and activists took part in a Q&A session with Kamaran Othman from CPT, sharing their questions and views on the state of media and freedom of expression in the Kurdistan Region.
