🎯 Work & Skills Lab in Action!

Our ALDD learners put their workplace communication skills to the test through Communication Bingo and a fun treasure hunt, practising listening, writing, following instructions and teamwork.

💬 “I enjoyed today’s class, walking to the cabinet and looking for the hidden items.” – Mark
💬 “We had to close our eyes and follow instructions as we were practising listening skills.” – Daniel

👏 Well done to all our learners for their enthusiasm and teamwork!

This World Mental Health Day, join the conversation, challenge stigma, and help turn listening into action. 💬💚

It's tomorrow – a day to talk, listen, and support good mental health together. 🌍💜

Conversations about mental health matter. They're not about the perfect words, or "fixing" things. They're about openness, connection, and truly listening to understand.
