The latest statistics show 4,500 estimated HMOs in the Borough of Hillingdon. Equivalent to 3.8% of the local housing stock.
The Telegraph reports today that HMOs can bring down the value of the neighbourhood.
Well of course it does and even worse it makes the community feel unsafe.

Well done to the Harefield Tidy Volunteers again today.
Five turned up and did their little bit.
Shame that there was so much rubbish on the Harefield Common.

The appeal against the against the planning refusal decision has been dismissed.

Great news, another win for the people of Harefield, just goes to show when a community comes together what can be done

This is a fantastic result, but we won't be relaxing until Hoffman and the like are out of Harefield!
