Llangranog is a very popular resort with a safe sandy beach on the Cardigan Bay coast between Cardigan and Aberaeron. It has 2 pubs, the 'Ship Inn' and the 'Pentre Arms'- both serving food, a large and popular beach cafe, and a general store. Mill View is just 15-20 minutes walk or a short 5 minutes drive to the beach at Llangranog. The 60 mile Ceredigion Coastal Path links many coastal villages a
long Cardigan Bay and from Llangranog you can walk to north towards New Quay or south towards Tresaith or Mwnt with spectacular coastal views in all directions. Accommodation: This beautifully furnished property is in an ideal family holiday location with 2 bedrooms and a garden sloping down to the little River Hawen, which flows into the sea at Llangranog. The comfortable sitting room has two leather sofas, and a 32" flat screen TV with Free View, Play Station 2 and some games DVD and stereo. The well-equipped kitchen has a full size electric cooker, microwave, fridge, washing machine and all the usual small appliances.The dining table seats 4. The fully tiled bathroom has a corner bath with a shower, WC, and washbasin. There is central heating with radiators throughout, making this an ideal holiday location at any time of the year. The sunny conservatory overlooking the garden is off the kitchen and has a comfy sofa and armchairs to seat 4. Bedrooms: There are 2 well furnished spacious bedrooms, one double and a twin, both with ample storage space. Bed linen is provided, although you will need to bring your own towels and beach towels. Outside: There is garden furniture seating 6 on the patio area. There is also a charcoal barbecue. The garden slopes down to the small River Hawen although the lower section has not yet been landscaped. Access: There is on-road parking in front of the house and option of a ramp or 3 steps leading to the front door. All accommodation is on the ground floor; there are no specific adaptions for disabled use. There are steps and a sloping partly fenced garden down to the river at the back.
