Mid-summer now! This week we made beautiful pictures of all the things needed to make flowers grow, ladybird sun visors & flower garlands. Didn't even notice that we practised lots of cutting skills, control of paint brushes & hand-eye co-ordination but everyone is growing up & developing so fast! Well done guys x

Not exactly World Cup fever at Crafty Little Kids this week as none of us actually like football. But we did make topical bunting, footballs & trophies and practiced stitching, stamping, painting crosses (& sticking and revealing) and picking out letters for the word "winner".

Fairy-fest this week with super-cute results! We all made gorgeous fairies, fairy houses & fairy wands. Love it!!

National Children's Day was on Sunday so, inspired by the push to get our children to turn off tvs & tablets and swap the indoors for outdoors, we made these works of art.......stick frames for our butterflies, hanging bees, spiders and snails and, my personal favourite, stick people....each one unique, a little bit odd but soooo cute for it!

Welcome to all the new Crafty Little a Kids this term. A couple of fun-packed days going all patriotic with St. Georges Day crafts. Off to make things for my daughter's Harry Potter party now - soon excited!!
