Allendale Food Supply

20/10/2026

In the last few weeks we have received a lovely lot of donations at Allendale Food Supply, and we are most grateful to everyone who has been supporting us. We have received food donations from several groups who held harvest collections. Pictured is a large donation of products from a recent house clearance. And The Kings Head Hotel, Wimborne kindly donated a bag of red onions. We wish to thank everyone for your ongoing support of Allendale Food Supply and Allendale Community Centre. These donations help us support all those in need within our community, not just the homeless and those unable to get out, but also many others who need short term support for any reason.

A massive thank you to everyone who filled our donation box a Wimborne Co-op yesterday. We are most grateful and every item makes a difference. All of these donated items help prepare meals for local individuals and families who need a bit of extra support.

A heartfelt thank you to the fabulous Co-Op team for their continued support too.

A big thank you to the Co-op in Wimborne

The Allendale Food Supply was delighted to collect another generous donation of fresh food from the Co-op in Wimborne, part of the Co-op Group.

Duty staff and volunteers from Allendale Community Centre collect these donations from the Co-op in Wimborne every day. There is also a customer donation point within the store, where Co-op customers can also help to support Allendale Food Supply and all those in need within our local community.

The fresh meals, fruit and vegetables will be used by Allendale Food Supply to help prepare meals for local people and families in Wimborne who need a bit of extra support.

Working together, the Co-op and the Allendale Community Centre are not only helping to feed people in our community, but also helping to prevent good food from going to waste.

Pictured are Carole Chedgy, Trustee and Vice Chair of the Allendale Community Centre, with Anne and Adrian from the Co-op in Wimborne.

A heartfelt thank you to the Co-op team for their continued support of the Allendale Food Supply and the local community.

We would like to say a huge Thankyou for all donations.
Due to moving the food supply now into the Green Hut,
If you’d like to continue to donate or to make any donations at all we’d be very grateful, and if you could do this at the Reception of the Allendale center.
A big Thankyou
