Meet the FROC Essay and Creative Writing Committee

The Fiscal Resilience Oversight Committee (FROC) Invites you to meet the Essay and Creative Writing Committee the Committee) for the selection of the winners of the FROC 2026 Essay and Creative Writing Competition. The Committee, comprising Ms Zanna Barnard as Chairman, Mrs. Tonia Adams Samuel and Ms Besha Ottley, brings expertise and experience as they examine the essays on “Exploring the Fiscal Resilience Act: Leveraging Climate-Resilient Public Investment and Renewable Energy to Enhance Government Operations and Sustainable Development.”
The responsibility of the Committee is to examine and mark the essays, select the winners and prepare a report on the outcome of the competition.

This year’s competition encourages students to think critically, write creatively, and develop solutions that can help shape a stronger and more sustainable nation.
