ROAD SAFETY ADVOCACY CLUB;

> AS MEMBERS OF ROAD SAFETY ADVOCACY CLUB, LET'S COME TOGETHER AS A STRONG TEAM TO SHARE OUR ASPIRATIONS.

The Road Safety Advocacy Club does not accept that fatality or serious injury on our roads should be tolerated. They are not accepted as inevitable in the workplace, or other forms of transport.

Snr comrades of this noble club; can we imagine a future where no deaths or serious injuries occurs on our roads?

This is what we think we should aim for. It might be tough, challenges may come, time consuming, abusive and aggressive from the very people we wanna save on the roads and may not be easy to achieve in the next decade, but hey! Let's rise up as strong battalion to fight for this humanitarian course and we will surely get there. Now is the time to share ideas, discuss them, debate them, send it to the public and the agencies responsible for a safer road safety vision.
Just imagine saving one (1) life on the road is wealth 100,000,000USD; how much do you think would be in your bank account for now? Yes! I mentioned that amount because life is priceless.... We can't pay for one single life. Dear comrades, is wealth it.
Let's take up the lead "AGAINST ROAD ACCIDENT."

KNOWING YOUR VERY SELF IS MY MESSAGE FOR THIS WEEK.
PART (1)

Here’s the million dollar question: Do you really want to get “there”? Getting to know yourself helps you separate what YOU really want from what others expect of you. You might think you want to be a great writer because your mother praised the short story you wrote in primary six(6). You craved her approval, so your desire to be a writer might be all wrapped up in the illusion of receiving praise and recognition. You don’t want to write, you just want to be a “great writer.” If you constantly procrastinate on writing and can’t seem to push yourself to do it, you might want to question whether you really want to be a writer after all. Perhaps your true passion lies elsewhere. That is just one example of the many ways we can deceive ourselves.

If you take time to get to know yourself – REALLY know yourself – you will discover things that were previously hidden (or denied because they didn’t match others’ expectations of you).

As I often do, I want to share some inspiration for the coming week. Let's talk about how important a positive mindset is.

Your positive mindset is an incredibly valuable asset, and it's at the center of all your success in life.

Having a positive mental attitude generates positive energy from yourself and from others. A positive mindset is contagious and it has a profound effect on everyone around you.

As many people have found out, the same is true for a negative mindset. And the choice is yours: You can create a life with a positive attitude or a negative one. You can choose to be happy and successful or to be full of bitterness.

Focusing on positive thoughts reinforces your brain to think positively.

As you enter the new week, is my pray you think positive about yourself and things around you. Smile whenever you are confronted by challenges.

TALKING ABOUT CHANGE.

For you to move on well in this journey of life, you can't do away with the word "CHANGE". change is inevitable.

While certain friendships can last a life time, the people with whom we spend a lot of time at one point in our lives, may not be close to us later on, either geographically or emotionally. This may be due to a move, a divorce, or a shift in priorities. Do you still keep those old primary, JHS, SHS and even tertiary friends? Do you know the whereabout of some of them? This adjustment may be difficult for you, especially had been extremely close. I know you might be thinking about social media now connecting old friends. But what if that friend of yours change his or her name during the change period. Just imagine, a female friend of mine was called Kpeh. She got married and changed her name to Turkson. How can you get connected to such people? This tells you that, to move into a different level, you even need to Change your name to get to such destination. At times, you have to relinquish some mere acquaintances so that you can gain new friends. For you to feel the impact of positive change, you need to do away with certain people or friends in order to get new ones that will help you get to your dream land. I may say, old friends are the best. But at times, you need to do away with some of them if only you wanna move on. You need new friends. Friends who share similar dreams with you, ideas with you and people you think are going somewhere. We must expect that our friendships will change once in a while.

For you to move forward, adjust yourself to change and quickly think about change as part of life.
Hey that friend of yours, where is he or she taking you to? Be bold, do away with him or her.

Martin Luther King, Jr. rarely had time to answer his critics. But on April 16, 1963, he was confined to the Birmingham jail, serving a sentence for participating in civil rights demonstrations. "Alone for days in the dull monotony of a narrow jail cell," King pondered a letter that fellow clergymen had published urging him to drop his campaign of nonviolent resistance and to leave the battle for racial equality to the courts. In response, King drafted his most extensive and forceful written statement against social injustice - a remarkable essay that focused the world's attention on Birmingham and spurred the famous March on Washington. Bristling with the energy and resonance of his great speeches, Letter from the Birmingham Jail is both a compelling defense of nonviolent demonstration and a rallying cry for an end to social discrimination that is just as powerful today as it was more than twenty years ago.

What are we seeing today? America as a nation is currently chewing the fingers of black monkeys without looking at their own fingers Meaning, we can as well prepare their own fingers for them when the time comes. They today celebrate Martin Luther King Jnr. But they are even doing more dangerous things to Africans (blacks) more than what happened years ago. They use the stolen resources from Africans, use it to make themselves powerful, come back to use our own resources to buy African leaders to accept whatever they will say.
But as the dreams of Martin King Jnr came to pass, I do hope the dreams of many Pan Africas will surely come to pass by seeing America begging black for money a time to come.
God bless Blacks and deliver us from the evil hands of this people.

The continent of Africa is chock with massive corruption. Wicked governments in power pays dubious judgment debts to their love ones to support them raise funds for their political campaigns. They go around looking for help from people who are doing much to clean their streets away from
corruption. African leaders likes to show their leadership role by living a luxurious life style while their people suffers hunger, malaria, cholera etc.
Our leaders can promise they have the Africa black power to change their countries to small heavens when voted to power. Hahaaaaa...... Now the continent smells with massive corruption. Indiscipline is now becoming a priority and is now growing strong teeth where we see small boys who because of political appointments can insult people.
As a "Possibility Thinker", how can we re-brand the continent of Africa and do away with the massive corruption?
Speak out now.

Today's sermon: The downfall of Ningo Mogabe. Bible verse: 7:11:2016. Now lets listen to the word. Ghana's election will not and never be, as it used to be. Political position is not a family stool that you wanna hold on for your entire life. It is not your personal wish that sent you there. But the will of your people who put their trust in you. The greed for power, will surely bring about your downfall. If the people who gave you their mandates, can't see anything better in you any longer. Jesus Christ who is the son of the Most High, never glued to His position. He left and handed over to a younger generation and that's what we all enjoying now. Opana, take me as your son. Leadership success is not measured by what you have done, but by what you successfully transfer to the next generation: the vision, the passion, the ideas, and the dreams that you l not leave long enough to finish.
The big question is; can you give it to someone else? That is your leadership success. That is how you measure it- by leaving forever.
Do something that is going to make you leave beyond the cemetery. Leadership is about transfer- the intentional release of Power.
" Success without a successor is a failure."
Hope u do agree with me that, African greedy leaders lack what we call leadership. They have the passion/ charisma for it. But they lack character and the qualities of a true leader.
