One of the most rewarding moments from our registration exercise in Techiman was ensuring that our services reached everyone, including persons living with disabilities.

Business registration should not be limited by physical barriers. Every entrepreneur deserves the opportunity to formalize their business, access opportunities, and participate fully in Ghana's economic growth.

I am proud of the efforts made by the ORC GHANA team to support individuals with visual impairments and other disabilities during the exercise.

NOTICE TO THE BUSINESS COMMUNITY AND GENERAL PUBLIC

The Office of the Registrar of Companies (ORC) has published Companies Bulletin Volume 43, containing the list of companies that successfully registered a "Change of Name" during the First Quarter of 2026 in accordance with the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992).

The publication serves as official notice that the former names of the listed companies have been cancelled and replaced with their new registered names.
