I was pleased to receive a delegation from the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO) of Switzerland, led by Ms. Paula Oberli, as part of our ongoing partnership to strengthen Ghana’s corporate insolvency and restructuring framework.

Our discussions focused on enhancing regulatory effectiveness, building institutional capacity, and advancing a modern insolvency system that promotes transparency, efficiency, and private sector confidence.

The Office of the Registrar of Companies now offers an additional payment channel for applicants who have completed their registration process and obtained a Transaction ID.

Payments may be made at the on-site bank within ORC offices or at any Universal Merchant Bank (UMB) branch nationwide.
