Today, the 8th monthly management meeting of the Kumasi Metro Health Directorate was held under the leaders of of the Metropolitan Director of Health Services. Participants included all programme Officers and heads of units at the Directorate, Administrators Nurse Managers of the hospitals, Health centre In-Charges, Submetro Disease Control Officers and Public Health Nurses.
The meeting discussed half year performances of the 3 health centres and Tuberculosis treatment outcomes from Suntreso Hospital.
The participants were also sensitized on Mpox surveillance and the public health actions if cases are suspected or confirmed.
